My name is Mark.
I’m a runner, writer, and designer. Much of what you’ll find here begins on a trail in County Armagh.
Running, for me, has a way of stripping things back, reducing life to a simpler rhythm, and in doing so, helping us see more clearly. It’s in my running shoes that I often find perspective; on writing, design, photography, and the ongoing practice of paying attention.
I created Fathom as a place for these moments to live. A collection of thoughts and ideas on effort, discipline, creativity, and the small shifts within us over time.
This is less a record of outcomes, and more a celebration of the process.
